Broadbent Endowment Fund

The Williamstown Rural Lands Broadbent Endowment Fund for the 21st Century exists through the generosity of William and Camille Broadbent. Bill Broadbent, a 1973 graduate of Williams College, and his wife Camille are committed to conservation and open space protection. They have long seen the necessity of preserving unique natural areas and support land trust work around the country, including the WRL’s work in Williamstown. The Broadbents have made a series of gifts to WRL to form the nucleus of the Broadbent Endowment Fund.

It is WRL’s hope that other members and friends will join the Broadbents in this worthy effort to secure the Foundation’s future and ensure its success in preserving Williamstown’s scenic and rural character.

For those who wish to contribute specifically to the endowment, or in addition to their regular annual support, there are many choices available. Interested donors may make designated outright gifts, or arrange to discuss planned giving options. These include pooled income fund gifts, testmentary designations or charitable remainder trusts.

You can help by making your contribution to the Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation Broadbent Endowment for the 21st Century. Your gift to the endowment will be a lasting legacy for all who enjoy Williamstown’s fields, forests, and purple mountains.

You can mail a contribution to: The Williamstown Rural Lands Broadbent Endowment Fund for the 21st Century 671 Cold Spring Road, Williamstown MA 01267
