Butterflies of Sheep Hill
When: Sunday, August 27 at 9:30 am
Where: Sheep Hill
Join local butterfly enthusiast Doug Lister for a casual walk through the meadow in search of our late summer Lepidopteran visitors looking for up to 20 species of butterflies ranging from the big and bold Eastern Tiger Swallowtail to the tiny and elusive Least Skipper. We will also note any moths along the walk and discuss differences between them and butterflies. Binoculars and cameras are highly encouraged but not required. Extra pairs of binoculars are available.
