Have you ever wondered how scientists study birds?
Join Dr. Heather Williams of the Williams College biology department to find out in this hands-on science experience for families! Become part of the process – help set mist nets to catch birds and then learn about bird research with a live bird processing and banding demonstration.
The event is limited to 12 people, ages 7 + recommended. To protect the birds, no dogs or other pets are allowed at this event. For questions, email programs@rurallands.org.
