Invasive Plant ID Walk with Robin Sears
When: July 8, 9 – 11 am
Join Williamstown Rural Lands Executive Director, Robin Sears, for an interpretive walk at the Lehovec Natural Area in Williamstown. We will identify invasive plants, explore their effects on the ecosystem, and discuss approaches to management.
Meet at the bicycle trail entrance by 330 Cole Ave. Parking available at Cole Field (Stetson Rd. at the Williamstown Skate Park or Bud Anderson field) or walk/bike on the bicycle trail.
The walk will be gentle along the paved bicycle trail and then onto the dirt Lehovec trail. Approximately 1 mile out and back.
No registration necessary but keep an eye on this page for program/weather updates.
