Winter Botany Workshop: Wildflower Vestiges
When: Saturday, February 3, 9 – 11 am

Cost: $15 nonmembers/ $10 members
What are those dried stalks in your yard, along the trail, in the meadow? Join Dr. Robin Sears and peers to explore and identify some of these vestiges of spring and summer wildflowers. Fear not! There will be no dichotomous key in this session! Come with curiosity and outdoor clothes, but an excellent resource is the book “Weeds in Winter” by Lauren Brown. All learners welcome, no botany experience necessary. While kids are welcome to join, the content will be geared towards adults.
