Where: Meet at the Sheep Hill farmhouse parking
Join our WRL Programs Coordinator Dana for an interpretive hike to explore the Fitch Memorial Woods. We’ll hike approximately 2 miles through the hemlocks and maples and discuss winter adaptations in plants and animals.
To Bring:
- Wear sturdy shoes or boots, as there are roots and rocks
- Make sure you have cold weather clothes – Check the weather ahead of time!
- Dogs are fine, on leash, and kids are, too, but loose
- Torrential rain/blizzards cancel, but light drizzle or snow makes for a lovely walk
